Olathe Public Schools takes the privacy and confidentiality of students and their families seriously. Student records are subject to the protections of the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act and Student Data Privacy Act. Access to information through this portal is only intended for students, parents/guardians or individuals who are authorized to have access by a parent, guardian, court order or other authorization deemed acceptable to the school district. The district has taken steps to prevent unauthorized access to student information, however absolute privacy cannot be guaranteed and parents/guardians are responsible for notifying the district if a previously authorized person's access should be removed. The district reserves the right to limit or terminate an individual's access for viewing student information for any reason, without notice, at the district's sole discretion.
